We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial recommendations.
Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
4. Eligibility Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years old.
Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
5. Account Registration
Users are required to create an account to access services.
All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
6. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account.
Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.
7. Evaluation Programs
We offer structured evaluation programs including 1-Step and 2-Step challenges.
Each program has predefined rules that must be followed strictly.
Failure to comply results in disqualification.

- Maximum daily loss limits.
- Maximum overall drawdown limits.

9. Prohibited Trading Practices

10. Account Sharing
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Each account is intended for a single user only.

All evaluation programs require upfront payment.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

14. Refund Policy
A full refund is available before your challenge starts — before the first trade is placed on your evaluation or instant account.
Once your challenge has started, fees are non-refundable until you receive your second payout on a funded account, except for duplicate charges, proven checkout failures, or where required by law.

15. Funded Accounts
Successful users may qualify for simulated funded accounts.
Funded accounts remain subject to ongoing compliance rules.
16. Profit Sharing
Profit splits are determined by the Company.
Users must meet payout conditions before requesting withdrawals.

Payouts are processed based on predefined schedules.
Failure to comply with rules may result in denied payouts.
18. Fraud Prevention

Trading financial markets, including but not limited to foreign exchange (Forex), commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, stocks, and other derivative instruments, involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. Market prices can fluctuate rapidly due to economic, political, regulatory, and market conditions, and participants may experience significant losses.
Leverage, whether real or simulated, can magnify both profits and losses. Before participating in any evaluation, challenge, assessment, or simulated trading program, you should carefully consider your financial circumstances, objectives, level of experience, and risk tolerance.
Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not a guarantee or indicator of future results. No representation is being made that any participant will achieve profits or avoid losses. Any examples, testimonials, statistics, or performance figures presented by the Company are for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon as a promise or guarantee of future performance.
Educational and Evaluation Services Only
The services provided by Traders Club, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the "Company") are intended solely for educational, assessment, evaluation, and simulated trading purposes.
The Company does not provide investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, portfolio management services, brokerage services, asset management services, or fiduciary services.
Nothing contained on the Company's website, platform, social media channels, communications, advertisements, webinars, educational materials, or other content constitutes:

Simulated Trading Environment
All accounts provided through the Company's programs operate exclusively within a simulated trading environment.
Trades executed on evaluation accounts, challenge accounts, funded accounts, assessment accounts, or any other accounts offered by the Company are not executed in live financial markets and do not involve the purchase or sale of actual financial instruments.
Participants should understand that:
- Simulated trading results have inherent limitations.
- Simulated trading does not involve actual market execution.
- Simulated trading may not accurately reflect real market conditions, liquidity constraints, slippage, latency, pricing discrepancies, or execution risks.
- Performance achieved in a simulated environment may differ significantly from results achieved in a live trading environment.
No client funds are deposited into, invested in, or traded in live financial markets through the Company's simulated trading programs.
Program Fees
Any fees paid to the Company are fees for access to educational services, technology services, evaluation programs, assessment programs, simulated trading environments, data services, and administrative services.
Program fees are not deposits, investment capital, brokerage deposits, savings accounts, custodial funds, or financial investments.
Participants acknowledge that program fees are earned by the Company for the provision of services and may be used for operational expenses including technology, staffing, compliance, administration, infrastructure, marketing, and business operations.
No Client Deposits
The Company is not a bank, financial institution, broker-dealer, exchange, investment advisor, asset manager, or custodian.
The Company does not:
- Accept deposits for investment purposes;
- Hold client funds for trading;
- Manage customer investment accounts;
- Execute trades on behalf of clients in live markets;
- Provide brokerage services.
Hypothetical Performance Disclosure
Any performance information displayed on the Company's website, platform, marketing materials, social media, presentations, or communications may include hypothetical, simulated, historical, or illustrative results.
