Payout FAQs

When can I request my first payout?

After 14 calendar days of trading on your funded account. Your account must be in profit and all trading rules must be satisfied.

How long does payout processing take?

Rise: 24–48 hours. Crypto: 1–12 hours. Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days. Processing times may extend during weekends and public holidays.

Is there a minimum payout amount?

Rise: $10 minimum. Crypto: $10 minimum. Bank Transfer: $200 minimum.

Do I need to verify my identity for payouts?

Yes. Full KYC verification (government ID + selfie) is required before your first payout. This is to comply with financial regulations.
